Little Things

Okay, I was thinking of a short story in my head while drawing this:

The little wolfie was playing around in the castle, as usual, when he trips and accidentally breaks a valuable vase. He gasps and starts to gather the pieces together, when he hears Toadsworth and Luigi coming. Toadsworth sounds angered that someone broke the vase (since it was a heirloom from Peach's father), so Mario freaks out and hides. Not wanting to get in trouble (or get caught), he takes a Mini Mushroom, shrinking him down to doll size. He then is able to escape the scene of the so-called "crime" and runs to a bedroom. He stays there in the bed, until he hears someone coming. He keeps very still, while Luigi comes in (it was his room, after all). He is confused about how the vase broke, and decides to lay on his bed to ponder about it. When he does, however, he almost squishes Mario, who lets out a tiny yelp. Luigi gets momentarily scared and looks around, wondering if a rodent was nesting in his bed. The tiny wolfie tries to escape from the bed, but then Luigi spots him. He picks up his miniature brother asking him what the heck happened to his size. Mario then breaks down and starts to cry, revealing that he was the one who broke the vase. He was scared about getting in trouble, so he hid. Luigi then smiles sympathetically and hugs him as best as he can, saying that this can be their little secret.
