I've been wanting to make something dedicated to that amazing song, and just now I've decided to do it! 
I had something differently pictured in my head, but I'm still very much pleased with this one. 
For the ghost children, I decided to leave them featureless in here. (It was much easier that way. 
*shot*) But don't worry, those kids are the same Freddi, Bobby, Cynthia and Floyd that I've drawn before. Just without the details.
I also added some soft-glow and some blurring. Hope it looks alright.
